Since 2007, it has been a requirement for all tenancy deposits taken by landlords or agents to be protected in one of three Deposit Protection Schemes. We do not hold the deposit as we use a custodial scheme so deposits are not held within our client accounts. This provides protection for tenants over the holding of any deposit taken.
